Digital products

We do not issue refunds for any digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Customers are held responsible for any errors that may have been made when ordering their product if they do not contact us before work on the order begins. For any corrections, we have the right to charge a fee.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Virtual Meetings

Readings and mentoring sessions are non-refundable products once any kind of appointment is scheduled. Customers will be held responsible for their appointments. Customers are able to reschedule if there is more than 48 hours left before their scheduled appointment. If they fail to reschedule within that time frame, they will have to book an entirely new reading.
